We collect personal data only when you actively provide it to us, for example when you submit the contact form on this website. This may include:

  • Your name and email address

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics tools or tracking scripts. However, our hosting provider automatically records technical access data (such as your IP address, browser type, and time of access) in server logs, as described in the next section.

This website is hosted by GitHub, Inc., 88 Colin P. Kelly Jr. Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA, using its GitHub Pages service. When you visit the site, GitHub automatically logs technical access data, including your IP address, for security purposes. This data is processed on servers in the United States.

We use GitHub Pages on the basis of our legitimate interest in providing this website securely and reliably. For details, please refer to the GitHub Privacy Statement.

Contact Form: Formspree

Our contact form is processed by Formspree, Inc. When you submit the form, your data (name, email address, and message) is transmitted to and stored on Formspree's servers in order to deliver your message to us.

Formspree acts as a data processor on our behalf and stores your data on servers in the United States. Your data is used solely to respond to your enquiry and is not shared with third parties beyond what is necessary for delivery. For details, please refer to Formspree's Privacy Policy.

Data Retention

We retain your personal data only as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. Contact form submissions are kept for a maximum of twelve months unless an ongoing business relationship necessitates a longer retention period.

Your Rights

Under applicable law (GDPR and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection), you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Request restriction of processing
  • Data portability where technically feasible

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us by phone at +41 79 438 59 87.

Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. All data transmitted via the contact form is encrypted in transit using HTTPS.
